Early Registration Terms

3.1 What early registration is

These terms apply to early (pre-launch) registration on afterworc.com operated by Afterworc OÜ, registry code 17554808, Mäealuse tn 10/2, Tallinn, Estonia. AfterWorc is building a marketplace where businesses can engage verified IT professionals for individual tasks, as whole teams, or as compliant fixed-term hires. Early registration places you on the early access list and secures the early-user benefits described below. Early registration is free and does not yet create a service contract, an employment relationship, or an obligation to use the platform after launch.

3.2 Eligibility and accuracy

Early registration is open to natural persons aged 18 or over and to legal persons represented by an authorised person. You confirm that the information you submit is accurate and up to date. Early-user benefits are granted upon completion of full registration and verification on the platform after launch.

3.3 Early-user benefits for freelancers / professionals

  • 0% platform commission on your first 3 completed deals.
  • Thereafter, a reduced platform commission of up to 5% until 1 January 2027, instead of the standard 10%.
  • The first 100 registered professionals receive a EUR 20 credit for internal profile promotion (profile boost, highlighting in search).

3.4 Early-user benefits for businesses

Businesses that register early receive a reduced platform commission of 5% (standard: 10%) on projects started before 1 January 2027.

3.5 Conditions of the benefits

  • Benefits are personal (or specific to the registered company), non-transferable and have no cash value; they cannot be exchanged for money.
  • Benefits apply only to deals concluded and settled through the AfterWorc platform in accordance with its Terms of Service published at launch.
  • The EUR 20 promotion credit is granted in the order of completed registrations, is usable only for internal promotion features, and expires 6 months after platform launch if unused.
  • AfterWorc may refuse or revoke benefits in case of fraud, fake or duplicate accounts, or failed verification.

3.6 Launch, changes, termination

The planned launch period is August 2026; AfterWorc does not guarantee a specific launch date and is not liable for changes to it. AfterWorc may amend these terms before launch for justified reasons; registered users will be notified of material changes by e-mail and may cancel their registration free of charge. You may cancel your early registration at any time by writing to info@afterworc.com; upon cancellation your data is handled as described in the Privacy Policy.

3.7 Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia. Disputes are resolved by negotiation; failing that, in Harju County Court, without prejudice to consumers’ mandatory rights. Consumers may also use the EU online dispute resolution platform (ec.europa.eu/odr).
